Sunset Inspired Eye Shadow Look

Firstly I’d like to say a massive thank you for almost 200 followers. It really means so much, the support that I get from you all.

Today I felt like giving my look a theme and I based it on a gorgeous picture I took of a sunset and I thought I’d give you an insight into the products I used.

I used two eye shadow palettes for this look. They are The Balm Nude Dude and NYX Lid Lingerie.

The first thing I did was take a flat brush by Lottie London and I used the nude shade from the top right of the NYX palette. I packed this onto my lids to give them an even surface to apply more. This is a great thing to do if you have discolouration on your lid or your veins are more prominent their.

The next thing I did was take a fluffy blending brush by NYX. I used the top right shadow in the NYX palette, which is like a browny-pink shade and I buffed this into the outer section of my crease.

Thirdly I took that same flat brush from before and I went onto The Balm palette. I used the shade “Fit” which is a gorgeous copper-gold shimmer shade. These shades have the most insane pigment. I packed this onto the lid to create a beautiful sunset/beach vibe. It looks so bright and shimmery on the lid, I was shook.

The last thing I did to tie this eye shadow look together was I used that a blending brush by Real Techniques to blend the lid and the crease together to get that transition – much like a sunset.
